Shipping
- What are your processing times?
I run this shop by myself, so it usually takes me 1-3 business days to prep and dispatch an order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, so keep an eye on that inbox! - When can I expect my order to arrive?
Your selected shipping method will influence how fast your order will get to your mailbox, but on average domestic orders will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Orders to other countries might take longer, but should still arrive within 1-2 weeks.
- Where can I find my tracking number?
You will be able to find your tracking number in the confirmation e-mail you'll receive once your order has shipped.
Note: tracking is not included with economy and USPS first class mail shipping.
- Something in my order is damaged or missing, what do I do?
I take great care of packing everything in sturdy materials, but if your goodies got damaged during the shipping process, please don't hesitate to contact me in the form below and I will do my best to help out and replace the damaged items. The same goes for missing items!
- Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is currently only available for domestic orders totaling $40 or more. This shipping also comes with free tracking.
- Is there a cheaper international shipping rate?
International shipping rates are handled by USPS so they can get quite expensive, I do however offer an economy shipping option for orders outside of the US! To qualify for this shipping option, your order can't weigh more than 1 ounce and must fit into a regular envelope.
Items
- Where can I use my stickers to avoid damaging them?
You can use my stickers on basically any indoor surface/object. Make sure the surface you're using them on is clean and not exposed to high humidity.
Frequent handling will eventually create some wear & tear, but that's just how stickers work, right?
- What's the difference between a coated and uncoated sticker?
Coated stickers have a protective vinyl layer which can come in a clear glossy variant or a holographic one. Coated stickers will be more resistant to frequent handling and will do great (and look great heheh) on most of your items, but might get damaged over time if used on objects that need to be washed frequently such as water bottles.
Uncoated stickers feature a matte finish and will be less resistant to scratches and water, so be sure to give them a new cozy home that will keep them protected such as your journal or scrapbook.
- How are your items made?
Every creation in this store begins as a drawing on my iPad. Stickers and bookmarks are meticulously handmade from printing to packing. Notepads and postcards are sourced from US businesses, yet packed with lots of love in my home studio before making their way to you.
- Please note:
Thanks to the handmade nature of my items, there might be some slight variations when you order a big batch of them.
